Coast, a spectacular new beachside restaurant in Pembrokeshire, is to open this Spring with top chef, Will Holland, heading up the kitchen.
Coast is the brainchild of Neil Kedward and Zoe Agar, owners of the The Grove, Narberth; a beautiful boutique hotel set in glorious countryside just 5 miles from Coast. It is an exciting new cedar clad, glass fronted restaurant with superb views out over Coppet Hall beach and Carmarthen Bay. It will seat 80 on the front terrace with 55 inside and 12 in the bar area. The restaurant will specialise in local produce with the lobster and line caught sea bass served at Coast being landed just 500 yards away in Saundersfoot harbour.
Will Holland earned a Michelin star at the age of 29 at his previous restaurant where he was Chef Patron of the Alan Murchison owned, Le Becasse in Ludlow. He first teamed up with Murchison at L’Ortolan in Berkshire in 2004. He has also made regular appearances on television in Saturday Kitchen and The Great British Menu.
