Top celebrity chef, Paul Rankin, will be appearing at this year’s Pembrokeshire Fish Week.
Paul Rankin opened Roscoff, the first restaurant in Northern Ireland to hold a Michelin Star, in 1989. He is probably best known as one of the regulars on TV shows such as Ready Steady Cook; Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu.
A Night with Paul Rankin will be held at the Torch Theatre, Milford Haven, on Wednesday, 2nd July when he will be cooking up a number of delicious fish recipes in the Celebrity Chef Masterclass.
Listed as the UK’s No. 1 Food Fesitval 2013 by The Independent, Pembrokeshire Fish Week gets bigger and better every year with the event boosting the local economy by £2.5 million last year.
Along with the evening with Paul Rankin, other events scheduled for this year include an opening gala starring celebrity chef Bryn Williams at an open day on Milford Fish Docks with music, cooking and the Tall Ship Irene; Proms at Pembroke Castle with Prawns, Pimms and fireworks; a Druidstone Feast Night with sea shanties and dancing, fishing trips, guided walks, sea and shore based family activities; a tutored tasting at St Brides Spa Hotel; Tapas and Live Jazz at the Lavender Café and much, much more.
