Following close on the heels of the all star cast, including Gemma Arterton, Richard E Grant and Bill Nighy who have been filming “Their Finest Hour and a Half” at locations all over Pembrokeshire including Cresselly, Porthgain and Freshwater West, comes another film crew. This time it is the turn of Twentieth Century Fox Television who will be filming a medieval drama, The Bastard Executioner, on Broadhaven South beach from Monday, 19th to Friday, 23rd October. A crew of 100, including guest star, Ivor Novello Award winning singer Ed Sheeran, plus 30 horses and a cast of 50, will be hitting the beach which, with some restrictions, will remain open to the public during filming.
