Will Holland of Pembrokeshire’s Coast Restaurant has been named UK Restaurant Chef of the Year at the annual Craft Guild of Chefs’ awards in London.
The award, which is considered to be a culinary OSCAR, was presented to Will at a ceremony in London on 1st June. Runners up to Will were Steve Groves of Roux Parliament Square and Allan Pickett from Piquet in London.
Will is the Head Chef at Coast which opened two years ago in the spectacular setting on the Hean Estate right on the beach at Coppet Hall, Saundersfoot. Within 2 weeks of opening the restaurant had been awarded 2 AA rosettes and recently it was named the Welsh Restaurant of the Year for 2015-2016.
The restaurant is a personal favourite of ours and one that we always recommend to our guests, with everyone always returning to Pembrokeshire Farm B&B saying they have had a wonderful experience and delicious food.
If you are coming to Pembrokeshire and would like to try Coast, do come and stay with us at Pembrokeshire Farm B&B. We are a luxurious but informal B&B where we like guests to feel as though they are staying with friends in the country rather than at a commercial bed and breakfast. We are included in Alistair Sawday’s Special Places to Stay and have superb Tripadvisor reviews. We specialise in homemade, home grown and top quality local produce and, with prior notice, are happy to cater for gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian diets. Do give us a call on 01834 860338 or take a look at our website at www.pembrokeshirefarmbandb.co.uk. We look forward to welcoming you here.
