The Pembrokeshire Coast as been shortlisted for the Award for the Top Holiday Destination of 2018 by Countryfile Magazine.
Following suggestions by the public of their favourite holiday locations, a panel of experts shortlisted Pembrokeshire in the Holiday Destination of the Year category which will be decided by a public vote, open until 5th March.
Countryfile noted: “With inviting beaches and a wild coastline, along with cetacean spotting from Strumble Head, puffins on Skomer and the smallest city in Britain at St Davids, Pembrokeshire has the lot” whilst judge Miranda Krestovnikoff commented: “Wildlife, wildlife, wildlife, plus a stunning coastline, incredible birdlife, beautiful beaches that aren’t as busy as they are in Cornwall – it’s just wall to wall wonder”.
